Company Benefits

At Saxon Glass Technologies, Inc., we value our team members. Our small business has been operating for over 25 years; therefore, we have put together resources to help you thrive at our workplace. Here are some of the things we are offering to help you and your family reach your well-being goals:

Our facility is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We allow our workers to pick their hours so that it works to their schedule. Do you have kids you need to pick up from school? No problem! Do you prefer to sleep in and start your day at 11:00 AM? No problem!

We work a different way. Our employees pick a Time Commitment; any schedule between 20 hours per week (Part-Time) and 40 hours per week (Full-Time). Once you choose a Time Commitment, give us your preferred work hours.

Example: You would like to work 25 hours per week. You also need to be home when your kids finish school at 3:00 PM. You decide to arrive at work at 9:00 AM and stay until 2:30 PM. That way, you can take a 30-minute unpaid lunch break, are eligible for 7 minutes of your Personal Break to be paid, and still work 5 hours per day.

We don’t wear uniforms! Come dressed in jeans and a sweatshirt if you like. Is it 90 degrees out? Wear shorts and a t-shirt.

We do prohibit any clothing that poses a safety hazard, mental or physical, to our workers. For example, your shoes need to be closed-toed, and your shirt cannot have anything offensive on it.

Need a break while you are working? Feel free to take breaks as you need them. Saxon Glass does pay a portion of Personal Break times for eligible employees. For example, if you work 6 hours to 8 hours in a day, you qualify for 10 minutes of your Personal Break to be paid. Maybe today, you feel like taking a 15-minute Personal Break, so 10 minutes of it will be paid, and the remaining 5 minutes will be unpaid.

We reward our team members who show us commitment. Suppose you complete your Time Commitment (work schedule) for the week. We reward you with what we call Loyalty Rewards! It’s a bonus that is paid every week. As of May 2022, the weekly reward ranges from $72 - $108 in addition to your regular earnings.

At Saxon Glass, we know that things come up, so we offer Paid-Time-Off (PTO) based on your years of service. You can use this PTO for vacation, sick, or personal time away.

Everyone hopes for a financially secure retirement. Our company offers employees over the age of 21 the opportunity to put money away for their retirement into a 401(k) managed by John Hancock (www.johnhancock.com).

We offer a Dental Plan through Delta Dental that helps you keep your smile shiny and white!

At Saxon Glass, we offer six paid holidays. You become eligible for Holiday Pay after six months of continuous service.

We think you are a great worker, so we want to hire more people like you! If you refer someone to work for us and stay for at least three months, you get a bonus. The Referral Bonus can range from $50 to $150, depending on company health.
